writeDleJProducts goal is to make our customers satisfied with the product they’ve purchased from us. If you're having trouble with our product or believe it is defective, then please submit a forum post to report your defective product and our team will assist you as soon as possible. For damaged extenstions or template, we will request from you a link and/or a screenshot of the issue to be sent to our support service.
No returns / refunds will be offered for digital products except if the product you’ve purchased is:
Completely non-functional.
And you’ve posted a support post on our support forum but you didn't get any response in 48h (business days only).
And/or product main description was fully misleading. - then you do have the option to request a refund.
We also reserve the right to refuse a refund in following situations:
You have changed your mind about an item/subscription.
You bought an item by mistake and the product(s) was sent/already downloaded by you.
The product(s) was bought by your employee or partner from your PayPal account which he/she had legal access.
You refused to provide to our support staff access to your web-site to investigate our product you are having the issue with.
It has expired more than 7 days after purchase and you did not post at least once to the DleJProducts Support forum with a real issue.
Does not work properly on a personal localhost server.  We do offer support to help in this situation but will not issue a refund under these circumstances as we have no control over your os / configurations.
We do not offer any refunds for any item that you buy/bought at a discounted price. The items you buy at a special price (e.g. promotions/discounts) will not be eligible for refunds.
No refund will be offered for any item (even if it was bought at a regular price) while any discount offer is running on our site. Your refund request will be evaluated after the discount offer/campaign ends.
DleJProducts offers a full or partial refund within 7 business days starting from the moment the payment is made. In this case DleJProducts assumes the right to ask questions for the refund and also we have the right NOT to offer the refund if we see reasonable.
Please also note that:
You may request that your account be canceled at any time, however, there are no refunds for cancellation.
If you will get a refund (from PayPal) you cannot use downloaded pro products any more.
If the product after update is still damaged, we may offset the amount of your refund by the diminished value of the product.
Refunds can take up to 14 days to reflect in your account.
It is impossible for us to test our software on every server platform and every server configuration it may encounter. Therefore, if we are unable to get our software up and running on your server within the first 7 days after purchase, we will happily give you a refund. You will need to provide us with full access to your FTP, MySQL, and Joomla Admin consoles in order for us to fully debug and install the software. If you cannot provide us this access in a timely and cooperative manner, then we will not be able to give you a refund.
A refund is only issued to the same email address & account that was originally used to make the purchase.
