1. Overview
This Licensing & Updates Policy applies to all software products offered by DleJProducts, including Joomla extensions, templates, and Quickstart packages. By purchasing, downloading, or using any DleJProducts product, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Licensing
2.1 Joomla Extensions
- Each extension purchase includes:
- One year of usage rights
- One year of updates
- One year of support
- A valid, active subscription is required to access new versions, bug fixes, and compatibility updates.
- Unless otherwise stated, extensions may be installed on unlimited domains you own or manage.
2.2 Templates
- Templates may be used on unlimited domains.
- Template updates and support require an active template subscription.
- Templates included in Quickstart packages follow the same rules as standalone templates.
2.3 Quickstart Packages
- Quickstart packages are licensed as single‑use installations.
- Each purchase allows installation on one domain.
- Quickstart packages are provided as convenience bundles and are not considered updatable products.
- They include preconfigured Joomla setups, sample data, templates, and extensions as a snapshot at the time of release.
3. Updates Policy
3.1 Extension Updates
- Updates are available only to customers with an active subscription for the specific extension.
- Quickstart purchases do not include ongoing extension updates.
- Updates may include:
- New features
- Bug fixes
- Joomla compatibility updates
- Security improvements
3.2 Template Updates
- Template updates require an active template subscription (if applicable).
- Quickstart purchases do not include template updates.
3.3 Quickstart Package Updates
- Quickstart packages are not updated after purchase.
- They represent a snapshot of a demo site at the time they were created.
- Customers who want updated versions of included extensions or templates must maintain active subscriptions for those products.
4. Support Policy
4.1 Included Support
Active subscribers receive:
- Installation and configuration assistance
- Bug reporting and troubleshooting
- Guidance on best practices
4.2 Quickstart Support
- Support covers installation and initial setup only.
- Ongoing support for included extensions or templates requires active subscriptions for those products.
5. Renewal & Expiration
5.1 Subscription Renewal
- Renewing your subscription extends access to updates and support for another year.
- Renewal is optional; your installed version will continue to function even if your subscription expires.
5.2 After Expiration
If your subscription expires:
- You may continue using the installed version indefinitely.
- You will lose access to:
- Updates
- Support
- Download access
6. Fair Use
DleJProducts reserves the right to refuse support or service in cases of:
- Abuse of support resources
- Redistribution or unauthorized sharing of products
- License violations
7. Policy Changes
DleJProducts may update this policy at any time. Continued use of our products constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
